You agree to pay all costs associated with BLACKJACK VT'S compliance with third party subpoenas related to your use of the service, including but not limited to costs associated with the following: (i) testimony, (ii) production of documents, (iii) deposition preparation for testimony, (iv) report writing, (v) written or oral disclosures, (vi) engineering and other employee time, and (vii) required travel.

You agree to pay costs associated with log files and custodial or business record certifications, to the extent such information is requested, and that such information shall be provided by email in PDF format.

You acknowledge, agree, and warrant that you have all appropriate rights and ownership to all content submitted to the Site as source content and claimed as an original, and that said content may be used and displayed as a match result for queries made by other users of the Site.

BLACKJACK VT, its owners, affiliates and licensees are not responsible for providing information about the legality of gambling in your area; it is your responsibility to do so. You agree that BLACKJACK VT may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to BLACKJACK VT, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to BLACKJACK VT obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that BLACKJACK VT deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies BLACKJACK VT may have at law or in equity.

You agree that BLACKJACK VT may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (i) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (ii) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (iii) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (iv) unexpected technical issues or problems.

If BLACKJACK VT does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, BLACKJACK VT will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to BLACKJACK VT. You agree that BLACKJACK VT will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement, the Site or the Materials, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Nevada, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

The Site is controlled and operated by BLACKJACK VT from its principal office in Las Vegas, Nevada and is not intended to subject BLACKJACK VT to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of Nevada and of the United States of America. BLACKJACK VT does not represent or warrant that the Site, or any aspect thereof, are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Site at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with local laws. We may limit the availability of the Site to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose, at any time in our sole discretion. If any provision of this Agreement is found for any reason to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision. Any heading, caption or section title contained herein is inserted only as a matter of convenience, and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. A party's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This, together with any of our policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between you and BLACKJACK VT relating to your use of the Site; this Agreement supercedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between you and BLACKJACK VT regarding the same subject matter (except other written, fully-executed contracts between you and us). Neither the course of conduct between you and us, nor trade practice, shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent.
